The general terms and conditions
- Prices
Our prices are gross prices incl. the legal 8,0% VAT. Price changes are always reserved us.
- Delivery
The prices of the products listed are excl. Delivery. The products are shipped from the warehouse novel horn or
can be obtained there at no extra cost. Liftup GmbH provides a separate Order Confirmation by
Mail or by e-mail, in which the expected delivery date will be communicated.
- Delivery costs
Deliveries are made from our warehouse, Romanshorn SG. Costs for shipping and packaging are based on actual expenditure

- Payment
Unless otherwise agreement applies advance.
- Retention of title

- Complaints
Transport damage must be noted immediately upon delivery and Liftup GmbH within 48
